South Rim Ranch is an "Unsubdivided Lands" Subdivision (See ARS 32-2101.59) developed by Arizona Land & Ranches, between 2003 and 2005. This subdivision originally containing 447 lots, over 5 phases of approximately 36 to 40 acres each. This subdivision is zoned General (10 acre minimum) and because of Home Owners Association restrictions can only be split 3 times to a minimum of 12 acres each. Several lots thru out the subdivision have already been split down to 12 acres.
Like most lots in Valle, AZ there is NO water company. Water is via Water Haul (Visit our How Does a Cistern/Water Tank Work page). Power and phone has been extended thru South Rim Ranch Phase 1 down the main road, South Rim Ranch Road. Alot, if not all, of South Rim Ranch Phase 1 has power in affordable reach (less then 2,500 feet). There is a Home Owners Association for this subdivision that maintains the roads. All lots are subject to Open Range rules and restrictions.
